| Introduction | My husband and I started making wooden crates from pallets and other recycled wood. He did the rough part like breaking down the pallets, cutting them into slats, giving the first coat of paint as well as making the handles. Then, he got called off to work up in northern Alberta and I was left with the job undone! I was planning to attend an event where I would sell the crates. So, I learned to use the power tools and build the crates. That was fun, but my favorite part is to paint, decorate and distress the crates. |
