| Introduction | I have been working in property for over 30 years. I started out as a standard UK Estate Agent, showing people around properties, valuing properties and eventually building my own small investment portfolio before leaving the UK to work overseas markets in 1998. Based in Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Phuket and Bangkok I have become very well known and trusted for my forthright attitude and unswerving honesty. Now based in Bangkok, I meet with Thai buyers as well as expat buyers. My knowledge of the UK market goes right into the fine details. I do my own due diligence to check out the developer’s prices and estimated rental income values. My first meeting with clients is very much a fact-finding meeting and Q&A session. When armed with all the information I need I will go to do research and come back to you with a full written report and recommendations. It is hard for me to give generic advice as each client needs and wants something different.
