| Introduction | Mahendra has MBA in Rural Management and BS in Chemical Engineering; degrees and minors in Hindi language and culture, mathematics / quantitative sciences. He teaches operations management and project management to MBA and writes for portals on business topics. He researches on development issues in India’s Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar states on irrigation against rural poverty programs.
