| Introduction | b Dec 1981 (very bad winter that year and so am particularly happy when its not too hot). Ed. Edensor High in Longton, Stoke 6th Form, Staffs Uni and Keele Uni. I am a natural Conservative for as long as I can remember, but only started to become active in the party after the 1997 rout. Political heroes include the great Lady Thatcher, Wellington, Canning, Lord Melbourne and Viscount Palmerston. I have extensively studied elections and election systems as well as party and Prime Ministerial history. I am a keen follower of the political 'soap opera' and have developed a passionate dislike for the Liberal Democrat Party-curse them, curse them! |

| Favorite Books | Apart from my political books, history books and combiniations of the two; I suppose I have most recently read the Harry Potter books. I read the first 20 or so Doctor Who past doctor and 8th doctor novels released in the mid 1990s but gave up due to the volume of releases. I do however read the magazine every month and have done so for the past 15 years. |
