| Introduction | I'm 43 years old (ok, I seem to have remained 43 for over 5 years now). Married to my best friend (financial interrogator) of 32 years -we have two great kids (son and daughter) and still mourn the loss of our high maintenance, narcissistic Jack Russell who, although misunderstood by neighbours and family, was my bright spot on gloomy days. Last year we brought home two more Jacks and the house is crazy once again. I haven't posted in several years as I have been occupied with the completion of my Masters degree and yes again, career changes-- sort of. My reading was focused on course work but I still managed to squeeze in about 30-40 novels a year. I have many interests but the one that has stayed with me for the course of my life has been reading. My passion for reading has influenced my love for learning and the way in which I view the world. I cannot imagine a day without reading. I just can't. |
