Introduction I'm always looking for new ways to be a better, healthier me! I recently gained a lot of weight following an incapacitating shoulder surgery, and decided to diet. Thanks to Dr Oz, (Love his show!) I chose the Dukan Diet plan and I'm currently blogging my progress.
Interests I love staying beautiful and healthy and designed a line of holistic recipes as part of my daily beauty regime. I'm also writing my first self help book entitled "In and Out Natural Beauty" which will showcase these wonderful recipes and inside beauty tips I gleaned while working as a make up artist and stylist in the fashion and pageant industry.
