| Introduction | I'm always looking for new ways to be a better, healthier me! I recently gained a lot of weight following an incapacitating shoulder surgery, and decided to diet. Thanks to Dr Oz, (Love his show!) I chose the Dukan Diet plan and I'm currently blogging my progress. |
