Introduction There is so much diversity and material coming out of the American West that a writer never lacks for subject matter even if they stick to the traditional stories of pioneering and settlement. I’ve always liked to add a little mystery or intrigue, a bit of the paranormal, and I find the most fascinating elements of the West are the myths, legends, lore, and the quiet voices whispering in the ghost towns, across the deserts, and in the ruins of the ancient people who once called the mesas and canyons their home. These Old Ones left behind intriguing cultures and beliefs that spoke of sorcery and supernatural beings. Along with traditional western themes, I’ve written about reincarnation, time travel, cursed treasure, ghosts, and Mexican and Native American witchcraft. My books, including the romances, have found fans among men as well as women, and have been translated into numerous languages.
