Introduction	I am a brand-new poet who is experimenting with serious poetry in a most leisurely and entertaining way. These poems are a reflection of the present-day society, people and environment as I see it around me and others. Modern living, family responsibilities, peer pressure, personal aspirations, luck, destiny, external environment...throw up a lot of questions with often no answers. These poems mirror such questions, change, turbulence as well as emotions, happiness, hope, and laughter. I set out on this poetic journey on 31 Oct 2010. It’s a fun expedition with poems where I unravel mysteries on the way and totally enjoy the experience. In 1 Poem 1 Day, I write a poem every day – 8 lines on a random word picked up during the day. For a completely non-ritualistic person, writing a short poem everyday has become a ritual of choice.
