About me

Introduction	I'm a 60+ year old mental health professional in a private counseling practice. In January of 2006 I was diagnosed with lung cancer and I was determined to beat it down. So far, despite the odds, I have. I lost my beloved sister to ovarian cancer, and my dad to cancer as well. Too many good people have come down with this dread disease and I'm determined to do something about it. Thus, the purpose of this blog. I hope to encourage everyone to support cancer research. Won't you pitch in too?
