Introduction	When my son Rory started school, I wanted to be able to work from home so that I did'nt have to worry about juggling work hours with looking after Rory. I have always loved baking and have always made cakes for friends and family. So I thought why not start my own cake business and so Strawberry Shortcake was created. I love being creative and really enjoy making the cakes very personal and individual. Whats not to love when you are making people happy with your creations!
