| Introduction | Hi! I'm Rachael and I have enjoyed teaching for seventeen years. I have had the amazing opportunities to be a classroom teacher in a variety of elementary grade levels, ranging from kindergarten, first grade and second grade. My teaching journey has recently brought me to a Title 1 teaching position, and in the past couple of years I have been navigating that transition with many ups and downs while riding the "Title" wave.
