| Introduction | I have been sewing since I was a girl. Please don't ask how many years, its way too many! I made my first dress when I was ten with the help of my mother. Over the years I have made many halloween costumes. I have outfitted the entire ladies choir at our local high school. I have done many alterations. In the past few years I have costumed several plays for a community theatre. (My favorite was 'Suessical, Jr.) I started making bags to keep busy between alteration jobs. Then I decided those bags would look much better if they were embroidered. I bought an embroidery machine and I got hooked! What else can I embroider? I am finding new things everyday! I still LOVE to sew. So sewing and embroidering are joined together in my work room. |
