Introduction	Peter received his Ph.D. from the University of Bath, UK which was a culmination of the academic experiences he obtained after having spent the 1990's teaching in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe.
Interests	Peter is also an accomplished professional musician who regularly plays around the Toronto area. He plays saxophone.
