Introduction	The Rappahannock Council Against Sexual Assault (RCASA) is a private, non-profit agency, which provides services for victims of sexual assault and their family, friends and their significant others. RCASA seeks to raise public awareness of the issues surrounding sexual assault through special media events, information displays and education programs for the entire community RCASA provides the following services free of charge to the residents of the City of Fredericksburg, and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline. Interests	24 hour hotline, legal outreach, victim advocacy, support groups, trauma therapy, educational programs,public awareness, offer services to vulnerable communities such as bi-lingual spanish/english, LGBTQQI, people with disabilities, etc.
