| Introduction | Retirement has allowed me to pursue, with added vigour, my interest in gardening. I grew up in Southern Ontario where I learned much about gardening from my dad who was in the landscaping and gardening business. My wife, Susan, shares my enthusiasm for gardening and what you see in this blog is a combined effort. We collaborate on garden design, choice of annuals each year, and we share the maintenance work. Gardening in the 'north' is a challenge, but northern gardeners have some advantages over our southern neighbours. |
