Introduction	I've always taken notice to public washrooms. Especially when I'm in restaurants. I believe that the level of care and attention an establishment gives to its washrooms is a very good indicator of the level of care and attention they give to other things. Over the years rating the washroom at a restaurant has become my thing and my wife now waits for my review and even jokes that I'm only excusing myself to check out the facilities! So here they are; for your reading pleasure. My observations and comments on the toilets I use. And for the record - the toilet paper roll should be over, not under!
