Introduction	I once heard a journalist say journalism is an "ism" of its own, with all kinds of ideologies and politics. I truly believe that and I am constantly struggling with my craft. As an inspiring editor I look for the most current and trendy stories--what's hot in fashion, who's the newest artist. As an intellectual I look for embedded truth to questions like: Where does our tax money go to? or Why if the government is mandated to provided every citizen with Healthcare why are there 43 million people w/o. With each new story and each new person I meet, I learn something more about my strengths and weaknesses.
