| Introduction | This is the part where I explain what makes us qualified to write this blog. Inevitably, you've asked yourself, who are these people? What makes them qualified to write this? Well, the answer is simple-- the same thing as you-- we have mouths and tongues. We also have more than 180 years of combined eating experience, which is more than you. But if not, you're eating your dinner through a straw anyway. Oh, and we've been to Asia and South America, which, as you must know, is a requisite for being a food critic (though we don't know why either). So enough about us, it's time to go read about food. And stuff. |
