| Introduction | OK, So here's the deal! I have a very lofty goal of losing 125 pounds in 1 year. My starting weight is 296.4. At the end of 2012, I am planning on being somewhere around 160. This will be the lowest weight I have been since I was probably 14 or so, so this is a major milestone and achievement I have set for myself. |
