Introduction	With a birthing education and an Emergency Medical Service background, I'm a "total package". The knowledge that I have both from the western ideals as well as the alternative modalities compliment one another. With my educational backround, I am able to give you a better understanding of the possible choices that are presented to you along the way. I am committed to being as involved in your care as you want me to be. Mostly, that means following you through the pregnancy, all of the active labor, birth and follow-up after delivery. My goal is to give you the comfort, trust and faith you need to help make your birth a success. I have a deep respect for the process of childbirth and believe that women are created and designed perfectly to birth their babies. In my years of birthing experience I have come to know the needs and wants of many different types of expecting mothers, almost instinctively. I find myself with a genuine care not only for the mom and baby, but often for the entire family going through the process. It's no coincidence that many of my clients become friends.
