| Introduction | I got a Cranial Vascular Stroke while I was 43 in 2005. I have had 2 surgeries in 3 months. I would like to share what I learnt in my recovery journey and to share my view of healthy lifestyle, healthy diet and exercises for the recovery. Some of the them I think should be sort of stroke prevention measures. I wish every one who read my post will be stroke free and have good health forever. |
