| Introduction | I am a wife, mother of four, doula, and childbirth educator. My experiences with birthing and breastfeeding my children put me on the path to helping other women. The birth of my oldest son was full of many medical interventions that left me feeling violated and bullied instead of empowered. I knew I wanted something different for myself and other women. I feel that it is very important for women to be educated and supported so that their families can have the best start possible. |
