| Introduction | I have a little salmon processing business in Auckland, New Zealand (God's Own). I largely do hot smoked salmon, cooked in the smoking as well as other variations and other seasonal seafood which I sell direct, online and at local Farmers Markets. I have been in business since 2004 and although its not always been straight forward, I love that I offer the best products I possibly can. Not being a salesperson, having such confidence in what I do and what I offer is important. Basically I'm really good at what I do and produce a consistently great product. And I'm keen to share what I know and hope to be able to learn lots myself on the way. My partner and I have recently purchased a new home which is lucky as we're expecting a new addition in the coming seven months, fingers crossed. |
