| Introduction | I'm the "retired mom" of six grown children. I'm finding that this stage of life definitely has it's benefits. I LOVE having the grandchildren come...it's even nice having them go. I have a terrific husband David, who recently went back to school and earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy.As he received his degree I also earned one. I now hold my L.O.L degree (Lady of Leisure). I plan to make good use of it. I've outlived my own father and mother--they died fairly young. So I learned that life is for living and if you want to do something, NOW is the time to do it. You may not have "years to come". I'm enjoying life and plan to make the most of it while I can! |
