Introduction	I am a TV presenter and Counsellor, who loves writing. A passionate, expressive and creative person with an opinion on just about everything, so what better place to share my thoughts and feelings on the things that have caught my attention, got my blood boiling or have simply rendered me silent, which might I add is a rare thing. I write with creative, humorous flair, intertwining my knowledge in psychotherapy to further help understand the raised issue, to reveal the more serious undertones and possible solutions.
