Introduction	I am a stay at home mom of three elementary and preschool-aged children. I wish I had more pictures of the process of cooking, but often, I am racing against three hungry bellies to get food on the table. You know I had a lot of time when there are lots of pictures.! I grew up eating locally (thanks Mom and Dad) and want my kids to grow up knowing where their food came from.
