Introduction	Cindi Rowley uses authentic Italian/Venetian plasters, faux finishes (specializing in old world), and fine artistry to transform walls and ceilings from blank canvases into luxurious works of art. Cindi has been a decorative artist since 1989 and is also a licensed contractor for the State of California. She has had extensive training with experts in the industry in a wide variety of painting techniques and plaster application and is a certified applicator of true Italian plasters. Cindi continues to expand her portfolio by attending conventions and classes nationwide. She is an A.S.I.D. (American Society of Interior Designers) Industry partner as well as a member of P.D.P.A. (Professional Decorative Painters Association).
