| Introduction | I am 28 years old and I have been obese since I was 14. I have reached a point in life where I have decided that I have to lose weight before it literally kills me. I have been down this path before however, I lose motivation and fall back into my old habits of eating what I want and not working out. This time I am going to track and post my success and failures. I hope that this blog will help me to stay motivated and to motivate others. |
