Introduction	I'm in my third year of college, and I've finally decided what I hope to do with the rest of my life. Hurray for a last minute switch to majoring in education! Recently, I've experimented with my diet enough to realize that my body does not like gluten-- at all. So I am in the process of cutting it out of my diet completely. My purpose in this blog is to find a balance that leaves my tastebuds and tummy happy, and reacquaint myself with photography and writing at the same time. Happy reading!
