Introduction	Guan Gui received his B.S degree and M.S degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2005 and 2007, respectively. He is currently pursuing a PhD degree in information and communication engineering in the department of electronic engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China under the supervision of Prof. Qun Wan. With the financial support the China Scholarship Council, he will studying and researching in Wireless Signal Processing and Networking Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Communication Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University as a visiting Ph.D. student under the co-supervision of Prof. Qun Wan and Prof. Fumiyuki Adachi from Fall 2009 to Fall 2011. His research interests include theory of sparse signal representation (compressed sensing), statistical signal processing, and wireless communications.
