| Introduction | after earning my BFA in photography and shooting strictly for fun for a few years, my daughter dillon kate arrived on the scene and turned my world - and my photography - upside down. at long last my muse had arrived, and i haven't looked back since! i love capturing the moments of her amazing journey, and since receiving repeated requests to photograph friends' babies and families, decided i'd set up shop and share what i do with others. Everything from 2011 was shot on location - in other's houses. This began to pose challenges for me regarding lighting & setup, so I took a break for awhile to figure out how next to proceed. Now, as I begin phasing into creating a studio space out of my home, I'm starting small - just newbies for now!
