| Introduction | I am a Pisces; always tempted to go with the flow but love swimming against the current. After graduating from Systems and Bio-Medical Engineering,I joined a prestigious Telecommunications company- completely irrelevant to what I had studied- where I got to work on different Mobile Networks and cool technologies. By the end of my 3rd year, I embarked on a mind-blowing Backpacking trip to North India that truly inspired me, pushed my limits further and made me realize that my passions had nothing to do with my career; which was quite a waste!! At the same time, I started a development project – that later turned into a Non Profit Foundation- to sponsor the education of financially underprivileged kids and saw a different type of reward that was way beyond money: and that was personal satisfaction. At that point, I decided to quit my job, follow my passion which is working towards people development, and promised to start living my life with a mission of “Making my Autobiography a Best Seller” through making the most of it. Right now, I'm an Executive Director of my own Social enterprise and a Child Photographer who is as addicted to children as anyone is to chocolate. |
