| Introduction | It’s in there, deep inside, always with you; you almost always do it, always revolve around it but you just don’t realize and when you do; it’s like really? I never knew this!! Yes, I knew I can cook but I never knew that it’s my passion as well… I am, I was always a foodie; a vegetarian. When I opt for some leisure time from my IT job, it was dedicated for family and when you say family the most important thing you do is cooking. I had learned the skills under the wise eyes of my grandma and later I honed them in my kitchen. Being a working woman I always keep juggling between quick and healthy recipes. And I worked on various things to come up with quick, easy to do as well as healthy recipes. If you are new to cooking then I will tell one thing that my grandma told me “cooking is fun, enjoy it”. If you are in cooking for a while then you already know how much fun it is…. As someone wisely said, appreciation is much needed to keep growing and suggestions must come your way if you want to excel. I look forward for both from you, the Chef, please comment.
