| Introduction | Join me on my journey into opening my very first restaurant on my own! It is a dream becoming reality, the good, bad and everything in between. 3 years ago I heard a very commanding voice within say to me, "buy yourself a restaurant, and since then I have been looking for the right location, defining my concepts and preparing myself. After 6 failed offers, I now have a lease in hand. If you've ever been curious as to what goes into the making of a restaurant, you'll get the inside scoop here. So.... stay tuned for more. There will be before and after pictures, funny antidotes, hair pulling rants, praise, prayer & swearing (not necessarily in that order); recipes, invitations and special gifts.
