| Introduction | My buddy Christian and I are going on a grand road trip that will begin and end in Charleston, SC. We will travel up the east coast through Maine, and cross the Canadian border near Quebec. We will then visit all of the major cities (and surrounding points of interest)in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta to just north of Edmonton. We will then jump onto the Alaska Hwy and ride it through British Columbia and the Yukon Territory to Fairbanks, AK. While in Alaska, we will cross the Arctic Circle, try to see the glaciers, and then ride the Alaskan Maritime Hwy System down through the Alexander Archipelago to either Prince Rupert, or all the way to Vancouver. Once we are back on solid ground, we will meander south all the way to LA. From there, we head back east, itinerary unknown as of this posting. We will try to post pictures and stories from the road, so stay tuned and check back from time to time, since we will be 'OUT THERE'. |
