Introduction	I am the author of 9 novels but before I started writing fiction I was a fitness teacher with many years' experience in the health and fitness industry. I have written two books on health and fitness, now sadly out of print. Recently, many of my friends asked me for tips about how to lose weight, get fit and healthy and stay that way. So, I thought I'd put it all in a blog and then, eventually into a whole new book. I live and work in Ireland.
