| Introduction | My husband Gene and I reside in a barn located on twenty acres of central Florida, our little piece of paradise,shared with an assortment of cows, horses, donkeys, dogs, cats, a pony and a rooster and hen. I guess if you join us on this adventure, you'll eventually get to meet them all. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that I love cooking adventures and reporting the end results. The end results often include a nap to counter act what we call EBS. What is EBS you say? Why, that is Empty Bowl Syndrome! I love kitchen equipment and grocery stores.
