Introduction	I unknowingly entered the world of development in 2001 when my father and I stared an NGO called Humanitarian Services for children of Vietnam (HSCV). I moved to Ha Noi in early 2004. For the next 5 years I helped develop and manage HSCV programs. In 2009 I started a Masters in International Development Management. I am currently working with an NGO in Rwanda, which includes research for my thesis. What comes next, I do not know!
