Introduction	I am a Portland Maine resident who has enjoyed the benfits of transit, riding on the Casco Bay ferrys all my life. I know it is hard to consider getting places based on a schedule, but the real costs of dependance on the automobile are tearing at the fabric of our economy. And, there is a true benefit from the social interaction found on transit commutes. It is time to modify our behaviors, our policies and our automobile way of life. It is Train Time.
