Introduction	I am a veteran in the learning field, specially in the corporate arena.The main positions I held in this arena were CLO of Bank Leumi (a very big international bank), CEO of Interwise(Europe) and CEO of Ergo Training (a training solutions company). At the moment, I teach at HIT ( www.hit.ac.il) in the Department of Tecnologies for Learning and consult both in the training arena and in career issues. Besides this I Chair the Israeli Training Community.
