Introduction	Dale moved from Southern California to Wichita, Kansas in the fall of 2008. He was surprised to find the local college's mascot was a Wheat Shocker!!! Also celiac was not a common word. He vowed to promote any place that made good gluten free food in Wichita. Dale is the worship pastor at City Life Church and lead singer for the worship band, Shine Like Stars. He's toured and led worship in 10 states. Touring provides lots of challenges but He has learned lots of tricks to eating GF on the road. www.slsworship.com
