| Introduction | I am a mum, a wife and a friend. I have a son and a daughter. This blog is dedicated to my journey since the birth of my son, and the trials through post natal anxiety/depression/depersonalisation. I aim to share and bring to light some of the aspects and confusion of these experiences that are sometimes overlooked or hidden away.
