| Introduction | I would like to intruduce myself to you. I am 33 years old. For last 6 years I have played different roles in corporations: accountant, business analyst and sales rep. I spent 3 years on managing transformation projects. I worked political NGO as a regional spokesman. I aslo love fine arts: received a painters grant from the Ministry of Education and worked with my brother's enterpise in many regional art conervation projects. I am very interested in psychology of groups: I continue on my own the research I did in the University: on culture change in the organisations and nations.
