Introduction After a long history of fad dieting, I've finally committed to get fit and stay that way! The Body for Life program changed my life and stopped the weight yo-yo. After six months, I was ready to move on from BFL, but still stick to a lot of the same principles--eat a balanced diet, interval cardio, and heavy weight lifting.
