| Introduction | Our names are Abigail Beckel and Kathleen Rooney, and we co-founded Rose Metal Press in January 2006. The mission of Rose Metal Press, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is to publish and promote literary works in hybrid genres, such as short short stories, prose poems, and novels-in-verse.
