Introduction	I'm a 46-year-old educator that loves to spend time with my family, friends and students. My husband is self-employed, which means he works all the time :-(. We have two fabulous kids - our son who is 23 and a network analyst for a local school district... and our daughter who is a 19-year-old college student. They are the absolute light of my life.

Favorite movies	Gone With The Wind, Purple Rain, The Sound of Music, PointBreak, Lean on Me, Yours, Mine and Ours (original w/Lucille Ball), Look Who's Coming to Dinner (original w/Sidney Potier), You've Got Mail, Rambo: First Blood I,II & III and all Terminator movies.
Favorite music	I LOVE music... not much country (garth brooks and the dixie chicks are the only exception) and NO opera. But Blues, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Rap, R & B, Metal, Hair Bands of the 80's... all have a special place in my heart. Top of my list of musicians? Prince, Guns 'n Roses, B.B. King, Elvis... I could go on and on.
Favorite books	The Clan of the Cave Bear series by Jane Auel (I have re-read them more times than I can count), anything by John Grisham, anything by James Patterson, The Little House series by Laura Ingalls Wilder, I'm sure I'll add more later - reading is a passion for me!
