| Introduction | My greatest achievement is to be a mother of 6. I love all my children fiercely. I am a bit of an achiever, always striving to be the best in everything I do. I enjoy tennis, workouts, gardening and now hunched over the computer learning about network marketing. Seriously, who doesn't need extra money? I trained as a State Registered Nurse (SRN) in Farnborough, UK and subsequently specialised in Coronary Care and Intensive Care. After early promotion to Sister in Lewisham ICU, I worked in a few other major hospitals in London, notably in the world famous Harley Street Clinic. I then studied at the London School of Beauty Therapy and received my Diploma in Beauty Therapy . In between raising my children, I did part-time beauty and fitness consultation. My main interest is in Health, Fitness and Nutrition. I have learnt Yoga, Taichi( Yang Style ), Aromatic Chi Kung and I incorporate everything I know into my daily lifestyle. My latest interest is learning meditation the Sahaja Yoga way, or Kundalini Yoga. |
