Introduction	I live in Evanston, IL with my husband and 12 year old schnauzer. I am a beginning psychologist who is obsessed with cooking, eating, and reading about food. I strive to cook and eat healthy and whole foods. Recently embarking on a paleo lifestyle, I have been challenged to think about food differently. This is my journey as I continue to cut neolithic foods from my diet.
