Introduction	Dr. Oliva is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, a traditional naturopath and a New York State licensed master social worker. Dr. Oliva is a former adjunct assistant professor of Sociology at Brooklyn College, CUNY. He is currently the director of the Magner Center for Career Development and Internships at Brooklyn College. He also holds a Master's Degree in History. Dr. Oliva's professional interests include nutrition, healthy aging, and the social and emotional determinants of health.
