Introduction	Hello world! We (my then boyfriend, now husband, and I) started this whole blogging thing while we were in grad school. We thought it'd be fun to have a blog that 'teaches' a bit of mandarin while cooking. It's been 3 years and well, you've probably noticed that the whole teaching mandarin thing didn't quite stick with us and that really, only one of us is doing all the posting :P.
